Jim recently celebrated his 20th year with Baldwin Supply and 45th in our industry. As Jim transitions toward retirement, we are excited to announce that he is going to stay involved and engaged with our team and business in an Emeritus role. He has had a remarkable career in our industry and we are excited for his new journey. His impact on Baldwin has been tremendous! Our leadership and sales teams are very excited that Jim will be available to share his exceptional industry knowledge and expertise. Jim will still be engaged in a variety of areas, but I think he is most excited to continue to help our sales team solve problems for our customers.

Paul has been our VP Finance for the last four years after a 14 years at General Mills. Paul’s diverse skillset in finance and operations has been a welcomed addition to our team. As CFO, his vision, communication skills and financial foresight will continue to be a positive influence for our business.

After four years as VP of Business Development Toby has been promoted to SVP Sales. Toby has over 20 plus years of industry experience as both a distributor and manufacturer. His leadership, experience, and likeability are tremendous assets for Baldwin.

Scott just celebrated his 22nd year at Baldwin Supply. He has had a variety of roles and responsibilities during his tenure. His knowledge of all aspects of our business leads him to be an integral part of our leadership team. With his new role he will continue to take on more responsibility with operations, inventory and purchasing.
